Having a plant-based diet you may find challenging to know where to find iron rich food so here are some food source of iron if you are eating a plant-based diet. You can safely get all the iron you need to be healthy without any animal products. I have been on a plant-based diet for over 10 years and I haven’t had any iron deficiency.
